Anthony Altieri is a seasoned HR and Talent Acquisition professional with a proven track record in driving rapid growth and building high-performing teams. As the first hire in HR and Talent Acquisition at the unicorn company Shipbob, he played a pivotal role in building the team and successfully scaling Engineering, Product, Analytics, and Finance departments. Additionally, at Kenna Security (acquired by Cisco), Anthony contributed to a complete revamp of the HR and Talent team, helping rebuild and optimize the company's Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Finance departments. Outside of work, Anthony enjoys live music, playing guitar (bluegrass, funk, and classic rock), and cheering on the Cleveland Browns during the fall season. He resides in the Denver metro area with his fiancée and their husky mix, Barb.
